I just want to say how awesome my experience with this company was. I received this bag as a Christmas present to use for my daughters swim class as our diaper bag got soaked every time. I needed a second pocket because well babies need a lot of stuff and so do moms! So I ordered a second pocket and wanted a tassel too! The company ended up refunding me so that the tassel was included free because they offer it free if you buy a second handle, but I really needed the second pocket more than an extra handle. I was blown away and thankful for the attention to detail and how fast I received my items, the email saying they were refunding me for the tassel and overall very impressed.
