Satisfaction is our top priority.  If you decide not to keep an item you ordered online, you may return or exchange your item by mail within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.  Please note, we do not refund shipping charges.  Any returns made after 30 days, will receive an e-merchandise credit.  No returns will be accepted 60 days after date of purchase.

All returns must be in the original packaging and returned in the condition that they were received.  You must include the packing slip with the return or note the order number on the outside of the package.

We will email you once your return or exchange is processed.  Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed.

If you forgot your order number, please email us with your name and address and we will look up your order for you.
